I’ve been using the EC2-CW for about 2 years now, and the coating is starting to wear out, so I’m planning to switch.
I mainly play tac FPS (Valorant/CS), and I actually prefer mice on the heavier side, which is why I’d like to stick with Zowie. This time though, I want to use a symmetrical shape, but I’m stuck between the S2-DW and ZA13-DW.
My hand size is 18x9 cm, and I’ve attached pictures of my grip. Not exactly sure what to call it, but I use a lot of wrist and finger movement for micro-adjustments, with light palm contact. I play on a low sensitivity (560 edpi in CS/160 edpi in valorant) and rely more on strafing to aim, with only small micro-adjustments during some gunfights, so I don’t move my mouse as much. Because of that, I prefer a mouse that feels stable or “locked in” in my hand.
Right now I’m mainly looking for:
- something that feels stable or “locked in”
- still allows for precise micro-adjustments
Having a hard time deciding given the price tag of zowie mice. Would appreciate any thoughts, especially from people who’ve tried both or have a similar grip.
