i sobbed like a baby at power’s sacrifice and how power even after death helped denji defeat makima, also DENJI EATING MAKIMA DID NOT HAVE TO BE THIS BEAUTIFUL (pic 2)
also makima’s reveal at the beach was so beautifully written, you could tell something was off at the start, the sky was gray, the beach was entirely empty, it felt off in the best way possible
saying i ‘loved’ denii being makima’s dog feels wrong due to the fact that the first order she gave denji was directly causing power’s “death” but i loved the moment where chainsawman truly locked in and killed everyone in hell to come back to makima, also locked in chainsawman design was truly exquisite
quanxi is also amazing, i loved the whole idea of hunters around the world hunting denji, seeing all the different characters cross paths was amazing… the quanxi vs fire denji fight was so beautiful i was rolling on my bed like an idiot
also santa’s doll ability was WAY TOO OP, it’s like a zombie apocalypse on steroids
i’m excited to start part 2! i read the first two chapters so far and it seems like the new mc is total wife material
