Hey guys,

Planning a FULL RS brake swap (front 324mm calipers + rear discs/calipers) on my Mk1 Focus 1.8 TDCi 115hp estate. Want to keep the original factory brake bias/balance for daily stability - no weird handling or ABS issues.

Has anyone done this complete upgrade while maintaining stock brake proportioning?

- Front/rear caliper piston sizes & pressure differences?

- Need adjustable proportioning valve or master cylinder upgrade?

- ABS recalibration or issues after?

- Brake bias measurement methods before/after?

- Real-world wet road stability experiences?

Pics of my stock setup ready. War stories or dyno data welcome!

Cheers!
