Hey redditors!

I'm looking for a movie I saw in my teenage years. I want to say I saw it around 2005-2006, but it could be a bit earlier or later.

It was a movie I saw on HBO, since in the early 2000s HBO was THE THING. I don't recall much, because I was a teenager living with my parents, and I often had HBO running on the TV in the background while I played computer games.

I remember that the movie looked futuristic. Like 200-500 years in the future where I think they had flying cars and buildings looked a bit more pristine and well designed. I think most of the movie showed the buildings high in the sky or above the clouds. Not sure if floating.

I remember that there was a guy that was a bit fat and might have been a bad guy. Somewhat resembling Baron Harkonen from Dune. The humans in the movie looked like very realistic CGI, so I am not sure if everyone was CGI, or maybe they had real actors and just used some sort of CGI layer on top of them, but they looked a bit weird.

Another thing I recall is that the movie used slightly brighter colors or illumination - sort of like how some movies show "heavenly shots" or memories.

I think I must have seen it around 2005 or 2006, because I was playing games and listening to music at the time a lot, and I remember that I would often see the movie in the background, and I often had "The Bloodhound Gang - Something Diabolical" on repeat. Or the whole album, but definitely that song triggered the memory, so I assume it came a lot during the movie. It was the new song and it was different from what they normally played, so it must have been quite new when I was listening to it, being "the new sht". The song came out in late 2005, so the movie would be a bit before or after that period, as I remember catching a glimpse of it multiple times.

This is all I remember, unfortunately, however the style definitely looked very unique.
