I just adopted a cat. The humane society sent me with some pine litter, but I didn’t like the way it sifted so I got some arm & hammer clumping litter. The smell when I clean it and just around the litter box is SO much worse than with the pine litter. Baking soda isn’t helping as much as I hoped.

I wonder if his routine is just becoming more consistent now that hes comfortable (he’s using the litter box a lot more, or if it’s the litter… Could it be that the litter isn’t deep enough?

Please help !
