I am moving to the Nob/Russian Hill area for a summer internship and was contemplating bringing my car and getting a short term residential parking permit. Is it worth it? Would I have any luck finding parking in those neighborhoods even with a permit and would I still have to move my car every 72 hours? Any input is appreciated!
