I paid around ₹280 for an Airtel Malayalam pack, but the DTH never worked. I raised multiple support tickets, yet no one came to resolve the issue. Frustrated, I asked them to suspend my account, collect the set-top box, and process a refund.

The set-top box was picked up, and I even shared my bank details over email. However, it’s been 15–16 days and I still haven’t received the refund. They’ve also removed my DTH account, so I can’t even reach customer support anymore.

The pending amount is ₹255. It may be a small amount, but I don’t want to let a company get away with this.
