Hey everyone, so I’m a PL in a maintenance company right now and my commander is considering moving me to become the MCO soonish. I kinda want to become the XO from a leadership development standpoint (and to prepare me for staff jobs and such) but I’m looking for insight to why my commander might make this move for me.
