I am looking for specific resources to find English speaking, non‑technical roles that are either:
EDIT: I already work as a marketing and events manager in Berlin for 4 years - so I have experience but of course now trying to find advice of how to find more opportunities.
-based in Germany (ideally Berlin), or
-fully remote, but possible to work from Germany / via a German entity.
My background: Employer Branding, Events & Community, Operations, and non‑tech Recruiting in international companies.
I am not looking for advice like “just learn German.” I recently passed my B1 Prüfung but I want to leave my current full time position ASAP, and my level is not yet enough for German‑speaking roles. Right now I need help finding realistic options in English.
I have used LinkedIn and the big job boards and done the usual recruiter cold messages, with limited success. I am looking for things that have actually worked for people, such as:
-Job boards that are good for English speaking roles in Germany
-Recruiters or agencies focused on international or English‑first companies
-Slack/Discord/online communities where people share English speaking jobs in Germany
If you have first‑hand experience with a site, agency, or community that led to interviews or offers for English speaking non‑technical roles, I would really appreciate your recommendations.
