Hey everyone,
I have a question about the PR portal (P1 stage) under CEC with an accompanying spouse.
My spouse is moving to a new address starting May 1, and I haven’t updated this new address in our original PR application address history.
If I receive the P1 email after May 1:
Should I provide his new current residential address, even though it wasn’t in the original address history?
Or should I stick to the old address since that’s what was in the application?
Also, we currently live separately due to work, but I want to use my apartment address as the mailing address for both of us since it’s more secure for receiving PR cards.
Is it okay to use the same mailing address for both, even if we live at different addresses?
Do I need to inform IRCC about this address change through a webform before getting P1, or is it fine to just provide updated details when replying?
