at some point i stopped enjoying shows / anime

i started looking for motivation within them

some good show would change my life and motivate me to lock in

i started with being very picky with what to watch

and just stopped watching entirely

and doomscrolled

i should stop looking for something in the media i consume

after all they are just for entertainment
