Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about what I actually want from AI for med school research...

ChatGPT is obviously useful for quick summaries, brainstorming, and cleaning up ideas. But I recently saw NoahAI described as being more built for medical research workflows, especially around citations, evidence traceability, and more structured outputs...

That honestly made me realize that for research, I care a lot more about whether I can trust where the information came from. A tool being fast is great, but if I still have to double-check every claim from scratch, that kind of defeats the point...

At the same time, I’m not sure whether tools like NoahAI are actually that much more useful for med students specifically, or whether they make more sense for people doing heavier research work...

So I just curious how other people here think about this....

If you use AI for literature review, paper reading, or research-related school work, what’s actually been most helpful for you??
