New to the gym (AGAIN)

New to the gym (AGAIN)

So I am starting in the gym again and i was the person so focused on cardio and never weights. Mostly because i feel so awkward and anxiety gets the best of me i never make my way to the weights. I recently lost 65lbs and im noticing i have NO SHAPE 🥺 what’s a good plan to start with? i can do 3-4 MAYBE 5 times a week. I have a plan in my head but when i get there i get nervous to use the machines i want to use. ANY TIPS? I hate that im scared to walk to the weights.

I used to work out with a boot camp class so i thought i would be more comfortable with weights and the gym but IM NOT LOL
