Books like Acts of Desperation by Megan Nolan

I loved the mental insights of the book and the relationship, everything felt so raw, imperfect and real, but romance usually offers duo pov and I hate men written by women, so duo pov is a turn off. Give me an actual imperfect man like in Acts of Desperation, and as authentic as possible, preferably either written by a man or at least a person that knows what they re talking about (with psychological experience or knowledge, not tiktok self-diagnosed/doctors), bonus if the thoughts are as unpolished as possible (The Outsider by Albert Camus is a good example too), I’d like a relationship to be the topic of the book, but I don t mind things like Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami or Boy Parts by Eliza Clark. I m sorry if my request makes no sense, I can answer to further questions:))
