Tools I use: Claude, Manus, Zapier, and Trello. I review every client-facing deliverable before it goes out.
Availability: 2:00 to 18:00 UTC daily. Fully online 9:00 to 15:00, light coverage on either side.
Preferred sectors: Proptech, Fintech, Foodtech, Real Estate, founder-led brands.
Rates (fixed weekly retainer)
- Tier 1: $400/week: ~15 hrs. Inbox, scheduling, follow-up, light writing.
- Tier 2: $650/week: ~20 to 25 hrs. Full ops support, content coordination, and one ghostwritten LinkedIn post.
- Tier 3: $950/week: 30+ hrs. Daily ops, content production, project management -fractional Chief of Staff level.
