Who do I hire for professional cleaning/protection of concrete floor?
I have a concrete foundation in my garage that has a lot of water stains and other stains from before I moved in, what I assume are oil pools from whoever parked their car inside. I tried using a water pressure washer but it hasn't worked and it's still visible when you walk in. I also chopped up some plants and trees and there was some leftover sap/mulch on the floor that's stained it as well. It also has a re-occurring issue of water leaking in from outside, even though I've put rubber guards/weather seals on the doors to stop this.
Who would I seek out and hire to not only clean it and remove these stains but also add some kind of protective coating or stop it from happening again? Is there a specific tradesmen that does this? Or would it be like a handyman or something?
