Pop Rocks Limon

Pop Rocks Limon

Lemon flavored poprocks and straight up salt. I used to buy these from a local coffee shop that had a huge novelty candy section for the dirtbag tweens such as myself at the time who hung out there. I was obsessed and cus it was pop rocks my mom never asked why I was kind of just eating salt. I like to think these could be big if they brought them back with the right marketing campaign.

Flavor Blasted Color Changing Goldfish

I had to go on an adventure to even find proof these existed but I remember eating them vividly. They'd stain your fingers red and blue and, I thought, were marketed as a fourth of july thing? Maybe I just think that bc I remember mom packing them to go to the swimming pool. They were wild because they really didn't seem colored til they got wet. Really cool for a child but god the stains.....

I miss these so bad. I was so convinced they were gonna catch on and become permanent. No such luck. I practically lived on these in high school, even tho the cheese was kinda molten and my sister always ragged on me taking up freezer space with my 'communist hot pockets.' (her words). The pickles really made them something special tho.

I know these are store brand but dude I miss them so much. I went through about two bags a week in undergrad. When I moved back into Kroger range after grad school, the (very nice!) clerks had to break it to me they were discontinued. I still crave them sometimes. The 2015-2019 era of Kroger brand snacks were often better than anything name brand.

Edit: typo

I miss the old McDonalds mushroom swiss third pound burger so much man. My mom would get me one whenever my dad forgot me on his custody weekends, so I ate a lot of these. I think mushroom swiss is the best thing you can do to a burger. Does it make sense to have this on a menu when it's the only thing you're using the mushrooms and swiss for? Not at all man. But I still miss it.
