Do they not sell those in person, is it not “peak” yet, or do they just not list them on the screens?

We will be tired. 3 of the 4 of us are more able to power through. I had thought we could drop off bags at hotel, sightsee, come back at check-in and nap then go out to dinner and a decent bedtime. But now I’m seeing how far the airport is (in travel time) from the areas people recommend to go and that we would need to leave a hotel in Miraflores at 4 am for a 7 am flight to Cusco. I’ve wondered if staying by airport is better but that takes a nap out of the picture since the airport hotel would be far from where we would be. I haven’t booked the Cusco flight but we intended to get a driver to take us to Ollantaytambo with a stop at Chinchero and hiking to the waterfall. The good part about an earlier flight would be lighter traffic.

Any input?

After a stressful battle for the last remaining tickets including losing out on our preferred day due to trouble logging in and eventually creating a new account for my husband and getting some of the last remaking tickets for the following day, realizing I needed everyone’s passport numbers, realizing I was entering the birthdates wrong (day first). I finally got it all entered. Double and triple checked everyone’s numbers and birthdates were entered correctly and proceeded with the purchase. My relief was short lived because I saw my daughter’s ticket has her name as SHE. I could not for the life of me figure out how any amount of hurry could cause that. We called the office in Peru and they said it couldn’t be changed but if everything else was correct we could probably talk our way through an explanation and she would be allowed in. I was sharing this story with my other daughter and she said “well Ella is Spanish for she” 🤦🏻‍♀️ I should have noticed and I will say the site was sort of a mishmash of Spanish and English. Some of the drop downs listed United States and some listed Estados Unidos. I should have caught it but I didn’t. I hope everything works out.
