I’m a software developer updating my resume and had a question about listing past work.

Is it okay to include projects or websites I worked on while employed at a company, or could that potentially violate an NDA?

For example, I’m not planning to share any source code or sensitive details—just mentioning the project, tech stack, and maybe describing my role/impact.

How do you usually handle this? Do you ask for permission, generalize the project, or avoid mentioning it altogether?

Would appreciate any advice, especially from people who’ve dealt with NDAs before.
