Hi!

I've recently been referred to NHS talking therapies and have been using Silvercloud alongside this for OCD. In my last review, I was told that because of the caseness of my disorder, I'll likely need to be stepped up, but Silvercloud is basically just a way to keep me busy because of waiting lists.

I was just wondering what all of this means. I don't really understand the stepped model or how it would work within the service I'm in. Would my therapist change? Would I need to be referred somewhere else? I also don't have a formal diagnosis, but both the GP and my therapist have confirmed it's OCD without explicitly saying it. Does this affect anything?
