I’m a newer nurse, started working in July 2025 on a really heavy medicine unit. I’m curious as to what float nursing is like?

The only thing stopping me from applying is: do you constantly feel like a new employee?

I hate the feeling of being that new awkward employee, but maybe I need to get out of my comfort zone. And since I’m newer I know being part of the float team is good?
