Ice guy from a group dex builder set a fantasy region

Names: Snome & Drummir

Type- Ice -> Ice/ Fairy

Based on: Barbegazi ( Ice gnome with frozen beard and giant feet), and frost giants

Dex for Drummir- Despite their hostile looks, they're joyful creatures that enjoy the ways of song and dance and can be found banging on their drums regularly as communication.

Had the idea to make a Florida region but never committed so this is on of the mons that came from it
