What I noticed

In the teaser the fighting stance Ryu is doing 7 seconds in, is the same stance he's doing in the intros to Street Fighter 2 The New Challengers and Street Fighter 2 Turbo
Dan, Vega, Dhalsim, Balrog, Zangief and Guile all have fights in the nightclub scene. Ryu is present in the scene, as he seen uninterested in conversation with Guile.
14 seconds in the teaser if you pause you see Bison in the background as Chun-Li is fighting Vega and Juli
Obviously with 2 Pac, the what's going on song and MTV there will be a lot of early 90s references. It takes place in 1993, the year the New Challengers edition of Street Fighter 2 was released.
Ten seconds into the teaser Juli places her sword in front of a woman in a red dress who I believe is Chun-Li. In the background sits Vega without his mask and Bison who sits at his desk without paying any mind. In the trailer there is a shot of Vega snapping his finger in front of her face, and we see the whites of Bison eyes as he stands in front of her. Later on we see the same lady in the red dress fighting a bunch of men in front of a helicopter, I’m predicting this happens in the beginning of the movie. I think this is Chun-Li undercover trying to get a job in Shadaloo.
When the WWE Undisputed Champion Guile delivers his flash kick, Vega goes through the wall like he does in Street Fighter 2 the Animated Movie. Guile has 3 slices on his face, so Vega will get his lick before getting kicked.
Dan seems to be Ken's hype man for some reason. Ken has the look of his Street Fighter 2 counterpart but the hair seems to be from Street Fighter 5. His character arc seems similar to what it is in Street Fighter 6.
In the scene where Balrog drops Ken, at first I thought this was where his life would go down hill. But in the background you see Chun-Li sitting in her famous qipao watching, so I think this is actually later in the film.The Street Fighter finals may come down between Ken and Balrog or Ken and Dhalsim. I'm not confident of that. And honestly I hope I'm wrong.
There is a shot of Chun-Li on a motorcycle and in the close up she looks like she's taken brutal damage. Her arms and outfit seem to look burnt or muddy and she has a cut or symbol carved into her shoulder. I'm thinking this is the scene before or after she's fighting both Vega and Juli. If you look carefully when she's fighting them she has that same damage on her body and outfit. Which is why I don't think this fight happens after she takes a shower like she does in the animated film.
This film will be FUN and very much like the world in the video games. The fighting moves are accurate, you can easily tell who the characters are by looking at them. There is a lot of silliness. I think we will have serious characters like Ryu, Chun-Li and Bison, and comic relief judging by the trailer Guile, Ken, Balrog and surprisingly Cammy seem to fit the mold. It will be cartoony but still brutal. Zangief does his move to Ken very unrealistic, but very Street Fighter. The World Heavyweight Champion Akuma sets Ryu on fire, and no way our main character dies by burning to death. Like in the game they briefly burn and then their fine like nothing ever happened seconds later lol. Mortal Kombat 2 will be true to its brutality and gore making it feel like it's game. Street Fighter will feel like a outrageous slapstick good time.
They purposely add in the trailer a girl dropping her robe to walk into a shower. That is and should be no one else accept Chun-Li. A direct reference from the popular and memorable scene from Street Fighter 2 the Animated Movie. I don't think we'll get what we did in that, but I do think something as I will mention in predictions below.
Cammy is sporting her Killer Bee gear from Alpha, clear as day she's on Bison's side at least she is at first. The bazooka is in reference to Cammy in the 1994 movie.
The E Honda and Ryu fight is referenced to take place in E Honda's stage in Street Fighter 2. Hopefully neither lose their towels lol.
Direct reference from Street Fighter 2 The Animated movie of Chun-Li delivering thunder kicks as Vega is against a wall. In that same scene Chun-Li has Juli pinned against a wall using her foot. If you look carefully Vega is already caved into the wall so this happens after.

What I'm Predicting

The fight we see between Ken and Ryu in the trailer I predict will be in the beginning of the movie as opposed to the middle or ending. I think it will tie into why they are disconnected from each other in the start. Of course they'll come together like they always do and should.
The scene of Ken defeating El Fuerte, is likely a quick scene where he becomes the American Champion like he is in the game. Of course that scene we get a direct reference to the Street Fighter 2 car bonus stage. They have the Street Fighter 2 clock countdown and the license plate on the car matches the one from the game.
Chun-Li, Ken and Ryu seem like the main characters which I'm 100%, cool with. Chun-Li is my absolute favorite with Ryu behind her. Ken I never was a big fan but I understand his popularity. Many think it's Ken's movie but I think it will be balanced.
Chun-Li is likely working undercover to get to Bison as I think everyone can easily predict. Bison is holding the tournament and she's getting the fighters for him. It seems like there is going to be a big prison break, and I think Chun-Li will convince all the good fighters to work with her Ken and Ryu. I do think somewhere in the movie a good fighter will believe Chun-Li is evil and that will result in a fight. This could happen with either Ryu, Ken or maybe even Guile. Of course they'll realize she's good and then we're all good.
I think we will find out that Ryu is trying to prevent himself from going dark similar to how Akuma is, which is why he keeps himself distant. As I said I feel the fight between Ken and Ryu might be in the beginning of the movie. Ryu throws Ken into a brick wall, and Ryu repeatedly smashes his head against it. I am thinking it's Ken who gets hit by the Hadouken at the end of the trailer. But later on in the prison we see them fighting side by side.
Chun-Li in the shower at first I thought no way they'd actually show anything, honestly it's shocking it's even in the trailer or movie. Now no way in hell they would ever show what they do in the animated movie, 3 shots and two close ups in a extended scene. I wouldn't mind it but that's not necessary at all lol. At first no they would be afraid of criticism. But now I do predict that we will see her bare butt if even for a few seconds with implied shots. The reason I'm thinking this is because the director seems to get the fanservice that has always been associated with Chun-Li. Literally Kathryn Hayn showed her behind on a Disney + show, so unless Callina isn't down I don't see why we wouldn't get a quick look at her crack. And I hope we do....sorry not sorry.
Speaking of fanservice, they got Cammy's cheeks out...not as much as they are in the game but they're out. Cammy breaking the forth wall joke about everyone obsessing over her thighs. I think Cammy will be the one suspicious of Chun-Li from the start, and I see alot of flirting and digs. Juli is also good looking the director knows what he's doing.
The shower scene won't be followed up with Vega sneaking in and attacking in Chun-Li's apartment. That fight seems to take place in Bison's office. I do think someone will sneak up on her and a possible fight or tease to a fight will happen in the scene. I'm not predicting Vega, I'm actually predicting Cammy.
Chun-Li and Cammy will have a epic fight, and in the end Cammy will turn good. I actually predict both Cammy and Juli will be on the good side by the end of the film after they realize they were being brainwashed. In the scene where it looks like she shoots the bazooka at Chun-Li, Ryu and Ken will lead more fuel into the inevitable fight. Although that bazooka scene could be a misdirect, Chun-Li looks FURIOUS in the scene.
The epicly delivered bitch please line I think Chun-Li says to either Vega or Bison.
I predict Blanka appears late into the movie, who he fights I have no idea.
I think Chun-Li will receive some of the most brutal displays of damage in either two scenarios. Scenario one her cover is blown and Shadaloo brutalize her. This would tie into her riding the bike and going into to Bison’s headquarters to give them a receipt. The other scenario is she fights someone in the tournament who has a fireball, that could be Ken, Ryu, Dhalsim or maybe she's electrocuted by Blanka. Maybe Bison gives her a psychocrusher. Just look at the clip of her on the bike and pause in the scene where she's fighting Vega and you'll see what I'm talking about.
I think Ken wins the tournament and Ryu’s test is defeating Akuma but it's not in the tournament. I think Ken wins because of how much he is pushed in the trailer. I want Chun-Li to win but I think her mission is bigger then that.

What I hope happens

I hope Chun-Li is the one who defeats Bison in the movie.
I hope Guile although he seems to be a side character, gets a fight with Bison.
I hope Ryu or Chun-Li win the tournament, but I think it's Ken.
I hope Cammy is on the good side by the end.
I expect Akuma will appear at the end, but I hope he gets a decent amount of screen time.
I predict Blanka will be used as a enforcer for Bison, but will turn good.

Those are just some things I seen, predict and hope.
