Is it normal for my spine to be more curved/"s shaped" when I stand erect as possible?
I'm pretty sure I have an anterior pelvic tilt and have started doing stretches for the past month to try and mitigate it. When I suck my stomach in/tighten my glutes while standing naturally I can reduce it significantly and make it look kinda neutral, but when I stand upright my chest flares and gives me a shell look. I'm skinny fat now but even when I was younger and more lean I always had this shape.
Does progress on this only count when I stand upright as possible and "stretch out" my spine upwards where my chest is always straight, or is my spine meant to always be somewhat compressed when standing?
Left sucking in stomach/tightening glutes, Right stand upright
