I accidentally clicked a sketchy exe, but Defender stopped it from running and displayed a popup. Is this enough to have actually stopped it from infecting my PC? I'm currently running a full system scan with Defender, but I want to make sure Defender stepping in when it did should be enough to have saved me from my incredibly stupid mistake. Thanks!
