I'm getting a Nitrum from my local NHS service (Replacing my now-too-big Kushcall due to atrophy and shoddy measurements). I'm concerned, as I've had issues with my last few chairs and paid a lot for the backrest (I need modular backs due to Scoliosis and pressure).

My seat width is 32cm, so I can't have the twist back. Instead, it's going to have a pull bar to fold the back. I am also hoping it will be lighter, but I'm not sure by how much (I don't have any add-ons other than the backrest).

Does anyone have experience with narrow nitrums and, even better, adding a TARTA Backrest on? My current TARTA (The company has shut down) is for a 38cm chair (Currently on a 34cm), I have the side bar clamps as my current chair has square tubing, and I don't see how the clamps have room to clip on if it is any narrower.

Also, if anyone knows of companies selling something similar to the TARTA or any setups, I'd love to see them.
