Like, I've got to imagine so large that the company PROACTIVELY is offering out of court settlements in the 10s of millions to head off how bad it'll be if it goes to court. There's backpay, kidnapping, psychological torture, the attempt to kill him with the weather, arguably rape by deception with Meryl...and that's just the few days we witness of the show.
