Watching Pablo and Shel play Stardew Valley is ok, but it really isn't my kind of game.
I was wondering about finding a game that I could play in Spanish and tried a YouTube search for Spanish Skyrim, which let me to Spanish Boost Gaming. The in-game Spanish is way over my head; even with the Spanish subtitles I can only get about 40%. If it weren't for the fact that I know the game like the back of my hand (guessing that I played ~3000 hours) I would be totally lost.
When Martin pauses the dialog to explain things, though, it is the perfect level. He does a really good job of speaking slowly and clearly using a limited vocabulary. My dream is to get my Spanish comprehension up so that I can play Elder Scrolls VI in Spanish as soon as they release it in 2029.
