Crazy water usage.

Landlord had me do a leak test for the water meter, no leaks, yet AQwest claims the place is using, get this… 3.3KL A DAY, a 4 person household, he has put in a irrigation system for the front and back lawn, but it’s pretty small. Anyone else had any issues?
