I had right knee pain for years after my time in. I fell in a sinkhole during a ruck. I just ignored it, I was Infantry and a victim of MST so I didn't go to the doctors for virtually anything. The original claim included no medical imaging and my MST hadn't been adjudicated yet.
In the year after I got both xrays and an MRI that show stage 4 arthritis, bone spurs, internal edema and bruising at 40. I don't feel the c&p went fantastic.
My question is, what are the chances the rater will look at the timeline of degenerative changes and potentially link it to service connection regardless of MO? It's the only injury I've ever sustained to my leg.
