Is it just a sound effect, or a full song? More importantly, what is it called and where can I find it?
Here's the link to a song that sampled it. I'm not looking for the song attached to this post, I'm looking for the original sample.

I'm really sorry for the extremely limited description, but it's all I can remember, and I am desperate to find this song. Without further ado, here's the description:
It's an alternative rock song, very soft and emotional. I want to say it's acoustic, but it could be electric and really soft. I don't believe there's any distortion. It could be piano, but it would have to be really soft. It's a male singer with a very soft, breathy voice. It's a slower song. The lyrics I remember go something like, "____ (in my/your)... face." At least I'm pretty sure it's "face." I do know with 100% certainty that it has the "ay" sound in the word. "Face" is emphasized and lower in pitch than the previous word, and the ellipsis (...) I included represents a slight pause. It goes like "(blank) in my... (beat hits) face." It's not a really long pause, just a short one. I want to say it's like "laugh in my... face" or something like that, because I'm pretty sure the lyrics are describing something demeaning or negative happening to the narrator/singer. It could also be "to my... face." I'm also 99.9% certain that the chord on "face" is minor.
If you want a visual example of the cadence of the song, here it is:

This might not help at all, but I did my best.
If anyone loves alternative music, this should be a pretty popular song; it's just a matter of my remembering and describing it well enough. If anyone knows, please help! I really want to find it and put my mind at ease!
