DIY throttle cable end

I needed to shorten a throttle cable and i don't have one of those thin wire ends. So i wrapped the cable with lockwire and infused the lockwire with solder.

Will it hold? 😂

I have a 50cc motorcycle that was imported from Italy in around 2004. I'm tryng to figure out if there is any way of registering it here in Slovakia, but to do it i need a document that states that the vehicle was deregistered in Italy.

Is there any way to figure out if the vehicle was deregistered and if so, can i somehow get a hold of the document?
