Dexamphetamine no longer working...or is it?

I feel like I'm at my wit's end. After taking Dexamphetamine for 4 months on a 10mg/7.5mg schedule it no longer feels like it has any benefit and I'm just how I was before taking it. When I increase the dose by 5mg I get headaches causing dizziness, so productivity crashes. When I don't take anything I become very irritable and restless, so productivity crashes.

I just feel stuck, and whenever I try to work or study it's hard not to think about how I was functioning before so I become distracted.

I'm seeing my GP in 2 days, but I'm really just looking for some guidance from anyone who has found themselves in a similar situation before?

Dexamphetamine Titration Headache

I've been taking Dexamphetamine Sulfate for 4 months. I settled on taking 10mg in the morning and 7.5mg at lunch. In the last month I've started noticing I'm losing the benefits I was having on this dose as I felt like I did pre-medication.

2 days ago I increased the dose to 12.5mg morning and 10mg lunch. The first day was fine, but today and yesterday I've started getting a headache in the morning which lasts throughout the whole day. Sometimes these headaches make me slightly foggy and they outweigh the benefit. Are headaches a normal part of titration and I should keep taking this dose to get over them?

I drink at least 3.5L of water a day. I will be seeing my doctor next week.
