Hi so ive played many sad indie games but im looking for something that makes me depressed af and ruins my mood for days. Specifically if they have themes of suicide, isolation and overall mental illness

Recently my doctor increased my dose to half and i cant move today is Sunday and ive been in the bed unable to move or even type properly since the morning i have slept 2 times since morning and and and on top of that ive been anxious and stressed much more than before in the past days. Are these symptoms normal?!
