6 months ago while playing football(soccer) someone tackled me from behind and i fell on ground and they fell on my leg and my right ankle was cooked literally cooked it took 5 months to completely heal still i cant take shoot the ball very hard sometimes it has shock pain , but i returned to football yesterday another guy who was going for the ball kicked my left ankle instead of right one now its gone too good thing is its not as bad as my right one only one part of ankle is injured but still it hurts that i have to leave football for months again
