I have a few Void Festival 100 OVR Event Cards can exchange them for Invincible The Void Event Card.

What happens next is when I try to exchange this for a 100 OVR The Void Event Card x2, the animation plays but when I head over to my unopened packs, its not there. Then when I head back to the exchange, my Void Festival 100 OVR Event Cards are back as if i never exchanged for the Invincible card.

I've restarted my team, the game, and my pc. I've also tried this the last three days and its still the same result. Any help on this?
