Made the New York Post. Is anyone else outraged with New York states laws.
Three other videos of the juveniles assaulting homeless people had been posted by them. There are probably more. I saw one with a man sleeping in a sleeping bag and was awoken to the teens repeating to stomp the head stomp the head, while doing it. Another video is broad daylight, and they make a man beg for his life while stomping his head and beating him in the head. That man was hospitalized. What should be done?

What type of punishment do you feel is deserved? The man’s dead. The two brothers involved had a case already from beating a homeless man when they had been even younger.
