What are we getting out of it ? Are we caring too much for a team which doesn't even care much for themselves. They are getting crores of money but what are we getting out of it. All we want them to is show some intent, a will to win, not be casual, take risks and give their best to win. Is it too much to ask from professional cricketers because that is literally their job.

Honestly, I (we) love Delhi to the core. Wouldn't have cared about a team which didn't represent Delhi. I am old enough to support Delhi Jets in ICL, then DD and now DC. Delhi has my heart and will support Delhi franchisee not matter what but at least be serious about taking the game seriously. What are we getting out of it?

DC needs a face to bank upon for next few years. And a young captain. Though he would have to evolve as a captain. Jaiswal needs a platform to build his own legacy which he won't get in RR. He ain't either the captaincy or the spotlight (remember the time when he ruled the headlines with centuries). Jaiswal has a burning desire to captain a team (which was clearly showing when Pan Parag was off the field)
