Is there a way to have adaptive macro targets? What I am looking for: have some macro targets (protein, fat) max out at a given target, and all extra calories are then set to come from carbs. In high intensity workout days (I run and do strength training) I want to eat more calories, but not distribute them as I would in my rest days. This means that the ratios would change depending on whether a target was reached or not.

I have my baseline settings to sedentary with active calories importing from my Garmin. My goal is to maintain weight, so targets adjust dynamically. Right now I have macro targets set to ratios, so effectively in long run days, for example, my protein goal can go up to 200g… and I exceed my carbs target by a lot. I am also hesitant to set to fixed macros because I want to eat more in high intensity days.
