Unsure about sponsorship CPM rates

An agency reached out to me saying they're doing a campaign with a popular PC game and they want to have an integration in one of my videos.

The agency estimated my price they will offer me is a price of $14 CPM with a 100k view cap over 30 days. They want a 60-90 second integration, intro (3-5seconds) and outro.

Also this would be my first sponsored video.

I'm in the gaming niche:

- 14 videos

- 9k subs

- last 4 videos range from 50-310k views

- AVD 19+mins (videos last 45-60mins)

My demographics are: USA, UK, CANADA, AUS, GERMANY,

Age range is: 51% 25-34, 23% 18-24, 17% 35-44, (Rest is balanced)

I'm not sure what my rates should be or what I should be looking for. I don't want to get the price wrong as I do value my work and I only upload once per month.

Just wondering what these rates start off with.

I swear YouTube tend to not push videos after 7 days as much as they used to.

My example of this is around 14 months ago I uploaded a video and it had very average stats within the first 10 days:

CTR was only 5%
AVD 12 mins (video was 1 hour long)
Views 10k (this was normal after 1 week)
Okay normal engagement.

Then all of a sudden after the first 10 days a huge influx of viewers and interaction for no apparent reason. Raising the views up to 150k+ within 14 days. At the time I knew this was possible of course, but just never expected it.

This happened again with another couple of videos not long after but on a smaller scale (10k - 50k+ jump after the first week).

But is it just me or does this just not happen anymore? For around 8 months, for me it feels like the video is always determined how well it does with its launch. None of these random pushes or testing in different pockets of YT.

The only thing that tests my older videos now is if a newer one does better and I only upload once per month so that doesn't explain the random pushes of older content.
