Need a good case with pre installed fans recommendation.

So the picture I added is the layout I’m wanting. I mainly want them preinstalled because my current case I’m having some issues wiring some ones I got that didn’t come with the case. Only thing it needs to be able to do is hold a 302mm gpu minimum. It can be Mini atx or Atx since I’m replacing my mobo anyways so ill just pick around the case. Thanks

Possible Motherboard Issue.

Okay so yesterday I made a post about what I thought was a power supply issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/PcBuildHelp/s/UU7JcRfEUD . Now today I tried to boot with the new power supply and I’m still getting the rgb flickering. This was with everything reseated, and the cpu and cpu pins were fine. So now I’m thinking it’s the motherboard and ordered a replacement coming tomorrow. So, am I right to think this? I’ve done everything you can do, all my parts are compatible, and everything was seated correctly and the pins were fine. Really don’t know what the issue is if it isn’t the motherboard. Taking suggestions for what to do if motherboard wasn’t the issue.

Power supply issue?

Earlier today I did my first build and did what I felt was right and when I went to power it on, the rgb flashed, then the computer wouldn’t turn on. The flash happens when I turn on the power supply and the power button does nothing. So my IT buddy came over and we reseated everything, checked everything there is to do including taking out that battery in the mother board to reset it, a boot without the gpu, a one stick of ram boot, and still a rgb flash when turning on the power supply. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe it’s a faulty power supply not pushing out enough power.
This was all with a 750w for my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2Kpq6Q
I just ordered a 850w power supply hoping that was the issue because my buddy made sure everything was connected to power and not even the fans begin to spin, and also looking at reviews the 750w power supply, people were also having dead power supply issues.
Taking any suggestions that I could try tomorrow if a new and more wattage power supply isn’t the fix.

PS: the photo is without the power supply just thought seeing the layout might help.

Might be the dumbest question, but I need to get 3 exhaust fans for my case and I’m looking on amazon and I’m not seeing exhaust fans directly. I was told to get forward fans for exhaust, but I’m only seeing reverse and normal so I’m just confused. If someone could explain the difference that would help. Also they’ll be going on the top of the case taking hot air rising if that helps. Edit:has been resolved thanks
