A company who has an account on instagram is defrauding people for hundreds of dollars, but instagram won’t take it down. I made a purchase for around $36. A few days later, the company charged my card $200. I didn’t notice at first right away, and then they charged my card again for $400. When I looked at their account, I saw several comments of other people who had also been defrauded with extra fake charges by them. I reported the account for fraud, but Instagram replied it doesn’t go against their standards and won’t take it down and just continues to let people get robbed. I asked for a review, but didn’t hear anything. Why is Instagram enabling fraud?
