Has anyone here taken Norka Plus and actually received any benefits from it? They also mentioned a 5k claim coverage for OP treatments.

Recently, my child underwent treatment in Calicut. I tried submitting all the required documents through the app for the claim, but the upload kept failing every time. After that, I sent them an email explaining the issue. (attached all documents also)

The claim amount is only around 600rs, but now they are asking me to courier all the original documents to them. On top of that, I still don’t know whether the claim will actually be accepted or rejected after sending everything.

I then received a very strange reply from them, which I’ve attached here.
