My last day at Stellantis was last week and I was told during my exit interview that the HR person would email me a copy of my final pay statement prior to the amount being DP in my bank account to ensure I was paid out for the correct amount of vacation days. Of course they’re ghosting me. Does anyone know how we can get a copy of that or know if there’s an outside login we can use to get it? I only know of the one through the hub.
Also, I would have hit 5 years in October and the hub vacation policy said you’re eligible for 5 years vacation during the start of the calendar year and not on your actual 5 year anniversary (as in I would start accruing for 20 days Jan instead of having them prorated beginning October). Has anyone left during a vacation bump year and not been paid out correctly?
