Hi everyone,

Currently i am a senior consultant in Toronto who is up for manager promotion in August. 50 50 chance. I currently make 15k aed monthly in canada and that may go up to 22 aed if i make manager. I dont think I will make manager.

I interviewed with EY Riyadg and they are offering me around 23aed monthly basic salary. I am torn between staying and getting the manager position or just jump ship right now. All my family is in middle east. I got my Canadian passport.

Thoughts and suggestions?

How is work and all? How are teams? Anyone working there, please let me know.
