Got my answer after months of waiting but scored 0 points on every section, was I too humble with my answers?

I don't necessarily want to go into specifics but I have a life long medical condition that causes significant pain every single hour of every day of my life, I push through the pain because I have no other choice, I pay out of pocket for my own medications and therapy etc.

Their reasons seem like they're taking the bare minimum as a way to score 0, yes I can walk more than 200 meters, but the knock on from that is me having to rest for the rest of the day etc which I did inform them at the time.

Is it worth getting it reviewed again? To score 0 points just seems insanely wrong.
