Looking at apartments for the fall and saw one for 1400 cad, for personal bathroom and shared kitchen with two roomates. Is this around standard pricing or am I going to be overpaying. First time renter, so I have no clue what I should be looking for.

I'm a first-year math and econ student trying to break into finance. I'm an international student from the States, and fortunately, I was able to get a good internship this summer working at a well-paying AI company back in SF. I'm wondering how work terms function. Do I need to go through ASIP, or can I just get an internship in the States, take a semester off, and turn back. This is more geared for third year fall term/winter term cause most of my second year classes are year long.
