So yesterday I purchased an MSI 274urf monitor from a cash generator local to me (same thing as cash converters).
I checked the monitor in store before purchasing for £270 and could not see any faults, however I couldn't exactly be thorough and it was poorly set up for me to check.
Upon getting it home and gaming on it, I've noticed there's a bright green pixel that's stuck.
Playing anything in the dark, it's impossible to not notice it constantly.
I'm going to return it today but I've got a feeling they're gonna be funny about it and try not to accept the return.
What are my legal rights? Would this be classed as being unsuitable for purpose?
I've attached a video but my camera quality is bad and it's daytime, it's a LOT more noticeable in the dark.
