Suddenly, today I was gonna download a PDF file from my mail app and also tried from another e-commerce app and was unable to download the file from any of them. Like the "Downloading. Check notification for progress." prompt shows up but the files don't actually physically download.
I tried logging in my email in Chrome to download the PDF and it works. Hope somebody can help me troubleshoot this issue. Thank you.
