Do I need to mod my 3DS?
I'm trying to transfer my Pokemon from Pokémon Moon because I have a shiny. I deleted and redownloaded Pokémon Bank so I'm using the latest software. Every time I log in I get a blank screen for a moment and then 'An error has occurred. Communication ended due to an error'. I have no other issues with the wifi. Do I need to mod it?
